* Produced and oversaw the generation of marketing collateral and sales tools necessary for a successful launch of the company's new flagship product line for use by our sales team to better target and win new business opportunities.* Developed new business relationships with major organizations such; * Made myself aware of the competition and achieved an industry recognized standard accreditation by successfully obtaining my Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA) certifications.* Created an entirely new and Six Sigma efficient serial numbering scheme for helping to control product production.* Designed a SKU reduction method designed to improve shareholder value by increasing profit margins through reducing slow-moving inventory, decreasing the items needing to be forecasted, eliminating stocking items, freeing up shelf space for newer higher margin products, reducing long lead time components, and increasing our delivery times.Automated Building Components* Pioneered the Sales Engineering role for the Automated Building Components which created a key differentiator for the organization, earning the right to sell at higher profit margins.* Recognized a flaw in the CAD based design system that was intermittently loading trusses incorrectly. This discovery resulted in the inspection and repair of more than 100 homes in the surrounding area with improperly loaded trusses which threatened human lives.
