Zach is among the top professionals I have ever had the privilege to work with. He is knowledgeable in process improvement and implementation and posseses high level EMR skills. He also has a high degree of emotional intelligence. The combination is hard to find and should be among the highest considerations when looking for top notch team members. Zach always looked out for the needs of his team and customers. He onboarded many teammates, including myself, and was able to work with difficult customers while also training a new teammate. He was a subject matter expert for our team and among the top 5% of individuals I have worked with in my career.
