  Working part time at a software consultant firm in Alaska. Started work on enhancements and bug fixes for the internal intranet used for tracking ongoing projects/hiring/timesheets etc. Intranet stack is ASP.NET with C#, javascript, and a mySQL database.   REU at Berkeley’s SimCenter. Used python scripts, web scrapers (Beautiful Soup), and web browser automation (Selenium) to automate process of downloading historic earthquake data in the form of acceleration time series. Historic data was compared against existing earthquake simulation software models via Fourier Transforms, transfer functions, and RSME calculations, in order to determine accuracy of building models of varying sizes and materials.
