Successfully coordinated and implemented a new office structure in the district, including closing and opening a new flagship office and overhauling the tech infrastructure of the district offices. Developed outreach plan and maintain continuous oversight of outreach plan for all forty-six municipalities and stakeholders in the district. Hire, supervise and mentor staff for continuous growth and leadership to build and cultivate relationships that reach across all demographics throughout the municipalities in the district. Manage major projects in the district and coordinate with appropriate departments. Manage the submission of all community project funding from localities to the Appropriations Committee and support the funding through proper channels while negotiating the decision-making process. Assist and conduct research for grant opportunities for municipalities and stakeholders in the district. Coordinate support letters to amplify grant applications and conduct research to ensure our localities know all options they qualify for. Plan and execute community events consisting of tours, private meetings, roundtables, town halls and the numerous events and activities that Congresswoman Dingell attends. Conduct meetings and build relationships with stakeholders and municipalities for the Congresswoman while she is in DC. Build relationships in the new 6th Congressional District to ensure proper advocacy for constituents and stakeholders for the future.
