Visualising Customer Journeys SAS was used to transform raw data held in a Teradata data warehouse into customer journeys. This data was then fed into Tableau where various Sankey diagrams were used to visualise the customer journeys. WebTrends Reporting Created a custom web data connector to pull in data from WebTrends via their API and transform this data into Tableau tables. Developed a proof of concept for visualising the data using python. Created a management information dashboard in Qlikview. Using a powershell script the following process is run on a daily basis: • Extract and cleanse data from Excel workbooks using VBA. • Load data into SQL server using SSIS. • Perform data analysis in SQL Server and prepare the data to be used in Qlikview. • Pull the data into Qlikview and regenerate the dashboard. • Pull relevant data into Excel for necessary quality control checks. Provided assistance to clients who were using the kCura Relativity Review platform. This included creating searches to locate specific documents of interest, correcting their search syntax, optimising their searches and creating new users for the clients to access the system.
