Shift Manager
-
May 2009 - Aug 2009
This was a summer job only. I served as a shift manager in the franchise for International student employees. I held jobs such as shift manager, lead drive-thru, cashier, customer service representative, and customer complaints representative. I had to manage stress and a fast-paced work ethic as this was in a high traffic vacation destination. I would step in where I was needed and have excellent experience working with multiple customers in a very short amount of time each day. This was a summer job only.
