Collaborating with a three-person team to provide level-1, level-2, and level-3 technical support for a network consisting of 1,000+ end users over fifteen separate school campuses and facilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing and promoting friendly technical support service to all students and staff across the district. Desktop, laptop, and chromebook hardware/software troubleshooting and repair. Using Active Directory on a daily basis to create and manage existing user accounts. Troubleshooting basic network issues in both software and hardware environments. Deploying software packages on an as-needed basis. Configuring and updating images for future deployment. Troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues with iPads. Troubleshooting and resolving printer networking issues.
