It's rare to work with someone as talented, thoughtful, and hardworking as Zach. It's been my pleasure to work with him at The Iron Yard - Nashville, where he is currently an Associate Instructor. Zach is a doer. He is the most proactive colleague with whom I've had the pleasure of working. You mention something that needs to get done in passing and he's taken care of it before you even put it on your to-do list. He always goes above and beyond what is required, he is constantly thinking ahead, and he is consistent and accountable. Zach is strategic and incredibly focused on the end-goal...he keeps things on-track. Zach is a consummate people person. He cultivates authentic, meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues, which adds intangible value and creates an enjoyable experience for all involved. Plus he has an awesome sense of humor. Zach would be an incredible asset to any team. He has earned my trust and my highest recommendation.
