  After returning to the UK I took the opportunity to open a Fundraising office in Edinburgh with connections that I have made previously. Here I started from scratch with just myself to begin with, rapidly I built a team so I could then recruit and train on a weekly basis and allow the office to grow. I have managed to get an expected level of sales/sign ups a week that the company ask for as well as raising just under a million pounds for charity in less than three months. My role and achievements: Recruitment- Calling/Screening and booking interviews Interviewing Training new staff on charities and how to Fundraise (pitching). Giving/meeting individual and office targets. Site/field planing for over 10 members of staff at a time. Motivational meetings as an office/individual/ and as a team.
