      The Reach Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation that believes every young person should have the self-belief they need to fulfil their potential, despite their circumstances. The national programs promote mental health and well-being by creating supportive spaces where teenagers can share experiences. As a Senior Facilitator, Zac was recognising for his work ethic, exceptional facilitation skills and long-term commitment to the leadership and strategic direction of a high profile youth organisation. During this time, Zac lead the implementation of program development of Reach's Facilitators, Crew and Volunteer Staff. His key contribution to the business was directing and facilitating Reach's large scale, high-impact workshops that invite young people to explore their world, challenge their perceptions and find meaning and purpose in their lives. While working intimately with senior management, Zac also designed and delivered school based programs and workshops Australia wide and delivered a range of tailor made corporate programs for supporting partners. A personal highlight for Zac was his time designing and leading the construction of The Reach Foundation into NSW; the culmination of 10 years' contribution to the work of Reach. Working alongside the General Manager, Zac lead the development of the first NSW Reach crew, managed corporate partnerships and delivered programs to more than 9,000 young people in the programs initial year.
