  A talented facilitator, trainer and program developer, Zac has worked for national organisations such as FYA, High Resolves and The Reach Foundation, educating and empowering hundreds of thousands of young people nationwide. Zac currently works in Western Australia's Kimberley region as the WA & NT Project Coordinator for the IMPACT Program. IMPACT is a three-year Indigenous leadership program that creates a community of young Indigenous students dedicated to leading change in their community and pursuing future pathways into work, study and social action. Driving the start-up of IMPACT in WA, Zac supports and coordinates the implementation and delivery of the program, including nationally leading program design and facilitation. He is also responsible for community engagement, as well as training and supporting local staff in the region and travels often to work alongside staff and program teams in the Kimberley, Darwin and the national office.   The Reach Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation that believes every young person should have the self-belief they need to fulfil their potential, despite their circumstances. The national programs promote mental health and well-being by creating supportive spaces where teenagers can share experiences. As a Senior Facilitator, Zac was recognising for his work ethic, exceptional facilitation skills and long-term commitment to the leadership and strategic direction of a high profile youth organisation. During this time, Zac lead the implementation of program development of Reach's Facilitators, Crew and Volunteer Staff. His key contribution to the business was directing and facilitating Reach's large scale, high-impact workshops that invite young people to explore their world, challenge their perceptions and find meaning and purpose in their lives. While working intimately with senior management, Zac also designed and delivered school based programs and workshops Australia wide and delivered a range of tailor made corporate programs for supporting partners. A personal highlight for Zac was his time designing and leading the construction of The Reach Foundation into NSW; the culmination of 10 years' contribution to the work of Reach. Working alongside the General Manager, Zac lead the development of the first NSW Reach crew, managed corporate partnerships and delivered programs to more than 9,000 young people in the programs initial year.
