  I started getting involved with sports camps this year during the holidays. I coached footy to athletes who were around 10 years old and taught them the basic skills of footy and how to correctly execute fundamental skills. Over the two weeks of experience, I improved my written and oral communication skills while on improving my time management skills. Furthermore, in the following months I will be at Camberwell Grammar School coaching kids on soccer. I started getting involved with sports camps this year during the holidays.   My job role was a soccer referee for Glen Eir from 2016 to 2018. In this time of being a referee I started to develop my communication and oral skills as I was constantly dealt with angry parents and athletes. In addition, being a referee made me become more aware of the rules that was associated with soccer.
