  My Role at Creativevents was very adaptable and I enjoyed and thrived on the range of tasks asked of me.I started out as Bar staff for a two day music festival outside of Oxford.After that initial music festival I was asked to join the crew of background cellar staff responsible for setting up and taking down events within London and Birmingham at Earls Court, Olympia, Excel and the NEC events centres as well as events around London such as Lords cricket ground and the Royal Ascot. This grew as the seasons changed to include more summertime outdoor festivals around the English countryside. From installing bars and equipment at various festivals to moving and delivering equipment within the network of events centres contracted to Creativevents I was kept very busy.At times when needed, my role also included working in and managing these same bars at global events requiring high levels of security such as the international arms expo held at the Excel events centre in East London.I very much enjoyed my time with Creativevents and if not for my limited work visa I would likely have looked to stay and work for a much longer period of time.
