  The General Manager provides strong division leadership and represents company values to all employees, customers, and to the community. This position has primary P & L responsibility for the division, ensuring that the human, equipment, and corporate resources are planned and deployed to meet annual grower subscription, production, inventory management, and profit goals. This position is also responsible for the development and maintenance of the grower relationships and acres required for meeting tonnage goals. This position facilitates excellent performance and communication among the different functions and departments in the company and with Abengoa.
