Supervised baking and frosting of cupcakes in a team of five and went door to door to sell them in the vicinity of Motor City. I particularly enjoyed interacting with households of different communities and nationalities. We had record sales and whatever we baked we sold in an hour’s time. Sometimes we even made a new batch the same day and re-sold it in the next hour, hence realized the value of inventory and time management.
