  Peach Technology Inc. is a minority owned technology business based in Minnesota that owns and operates ReportingIncident ("RI") platform. Whereas RI platform (www.reportingincident.com) is a secure web based turn key solution that facilitates the reporting and managing allegations of workplace misconduct in a manner that balances confidentiality with transparence and security. These workplace misconducts includes different types of assaults, discriminations, harassments, and retaliation. Today's workplace demands a working environment that is safer and inclusive to all people. As a result organizations are constantly challenged to create policies and procedures that will foster such environments. Unfortunately under the current conditions this is no longer a one-and-done solution. More so because workplace continues to evolve, hence the need to create and maintain working environments that is safer and inclusive to all people has become an ongoing task. RI technology allows organizations to have control of information as they are developed through the entire process. This means from the time an incident of misconduct is reported through settlement of the allegation, the organization has sole control of the information produced. Through RI platform organization have access to tools that actively addresses allegations of misconduct, which include reporting, mediating, investigating, witness testimonies and settlement. While proactively organizations have access to tools that provide continuous training on various elements of workplace misconduct.
