I had the good fortune to work with Yvonne in her role as Quality Director at Multnomah County Health Department. Yvonne is a smart, strategic thinker who is organized and methodical in her approach to quality in health care settings. She is very knowledgeable about quality best practices and methodologies, and used those skills at Multnomah County. I always appreciated Yvonne's ability to think about the "people side" of work and understand how people perceive and are influenced by work that they are leading or that affects them.

Yvonne has been an amazing health coach to me. She customized her role based on my needs. She has an amazing, bright, happy, enthusiastic, and positive attitude. I can go to her any time I need a boost or to re-focus. She's changed my life and I am so happy she brought me into her program. I couldn't have been successful without her.
