I met Yvonne when we both worked at Florida Style -- whata force of nature! She came in and took a bunch of disjointed ideas and concepts and turned them into a magazine that worked beautifully. She's a fantastic project manager and director, but also a great colleague who never talked down to people who reported to her -- everyone was treated like an equal. Even in giving direction, she seemed in charge without "being the BOSS," which I really appreciated. She's also a great writer and editor, who personally took on a lot of the content generation when needed. Any organization would be fortunate to have her crafting its messaging.
