  Based in the Africa Regional Office, I was involved in the full grants-lifecycle for initiatives of relevance at a continental level in relation to economic justice. I was also in the management team for the organisation-wide shared framework on food security in Africa in the context of climate change, a five year initiative which brought together teams who had not previously collaborated. This initiative lead to a subsequent focus on economic justice and forged a strong alliance amongst colleagues in geographic and thematic programs who had not previously worked in as close a collaboration.
