Translate business needs to actionable HR plans and ensure the implementation;  Be accountable for all aspects of HR functions including talent acquisition, C&B, learning & development, organizational development, performance management and employee relations management;  Assist start-up divisions during launch to ensure employees and management are “Magnetized” and HR system and policies are implemented;  Proactively take the HR leadership in facilitating internal communication, including the weekly talk, quarterly staff meeting etc. Advise, mentor/coach and guide all levels of management to develop positive employee engagement capability and leadership skills.
