The training contributed to the successful transfer of knowledge, which enabled the business to successfully and independently execute future user training courses.

The definition and development of a number of critical reports allowed for easier tracking and maintaining key project milestones, dependencies and managing associated risks. These reports enabled the business to track software quality and risks on an on-going basis and thus allowed management to make key project decisions.
