Role & Responsibilities:- Currently I am responsible for 7 client payrolls with a total of approx 1800 employees • Timely and accurate processing of Client Payroll. • To run payrolls, generate reports as per individual Client Contract to ensure all SLA are adhered to. • To complete administrative tasks following the pay run, provide statistical information to Payroll Manager. • To ensure correct authorize is obtained during each part of the process. • Make payroll amendments, including new starters, leavers and other detail according to client instructions. • Manage tasks, following predefined schedules and deadlines to ensure all payments are made on time. • Ensure that clients receive all copies of pre agreed reports. • Ensure all payrolls are balanced to paying over on a monthly basis and any inconsistencies are escalated to the appropriate person. • Complete final checklist to verify procedures and that the detail is correct. • Deal with any payroll queries from clients, other departments and employees, over the telephone or via email. • Submit RTI information to HMRC as appropriate. • Check colleagues input to ensure a 100% accurate payroll Show less
