  In this role, I was responsible for managing the implementation of protocols for the multi-sectoral management of sexual abuse and gender-based violence cases. It was my duty to enhance the capacity of service providers with obligatory and statutory responsibilities with a keen focus on ensuring the delivery of excellent services to survivors. I also supported, protected, and encouraged the participation of vulnerable witnesses in the Victim Friendly System. Furthermore, I maintained seamless communication with several clients, including survivors of gender-based violence and sexual abuse, while preparing detailed records of victim statements.
