High School Exchange Program | 1999 – PresentDoS certified and CSIET listed J-1 International High School Exchange Program Managing Director responsible for overall program development and implementation of SHARE! High School Exchange Program. Creative solutions for driving diversity campaigns and encouraging cultural and ethnical diversity with volunteer families. Develop diversity policy and procedure, volunteer recruitment, oversight, and management of an international high school cultural exchange program placing students from more than 30 countries in 250+ public and private American secondary schools throughout the Southwest and Southern United States. Develop and implement protocol and procedures for compliance with Department of State regulations, as well as industry standards set by Council on Standards for International Education. Skilled at finding creative solutions and approaches to issues, as well as developing new program initiatives. Primary manager for network of 30+ remote working independent contractors throughout Southern United States. Secondary Contact for rotating annual network of 200 volunteer Host Families and 200 International High School Exchange Students. • Recruit, hire, train, develop, and manage 1 Administrative Assistant, 3 Area Coordinator Managers, 30+local Exchange Program Coordinators. All staff except for my personal Administrative Assistant work remotely. • Successfully implement and manage international education programs for 200+ international high school exchange students on an annual basis.• Develop, implement, and execute ongoing marketing initiatives.• Develop, implement, and distribute new training material for staff, volunteer Host Families, and International Exchange Students.• Recruit, screen, and vet 225+ volunteer Host Families on a rotational annual basis.
