High School Exchange Program | 1999 – PresentDoS certified and CSIET listed J-1 International High School Exchange Program Managing Director responsible for overall program development and implementation of SHARE! High School Exchange Program. Creative solutions for driving diversity campaigns and encouraging cultural and ethnical diversity with volunteer families. Develop diversity policy and procedure, volunteer recruitment, oversight, and management of an international high school cultural exchange program placing students from more than 30 countries in 250+ public and private American secondary schools throughout the Southwest and Southern United States. Develop and implement protocol and procedures for compliance with Department of State regulations, as well as industry standards set by Council on Standards for International Education.
