During Yvette's time at Lead Creation she showed that she was a committed and enthusiastic young lady with a strong work ethic. She was dedicated and motivated while working in Human Resources and demonstrated excellent organisational skills. Her friendly and easy going nature made her easy to approach and to get along with. Yvette familiarised herself with all areas of HR including recruitment and selection of new local and international staff, training and development, reinvigorating the induction process and administrative tasks. She was also been involved in social media marketing work for some of our biggest clients, including the Australian Human Resources Institute. Her efforts and diligence were very valuable and she has my highest recommendation.
