  Within Zilton, I'm responsible for direct sales towards 3/4 of all customers. The commercial information that is being gathered in that way, is strongly used in developing new collections each season and together with CEO, commercial strategy is pointed out. The very short communication line between sales and styling gives Zilton a step ahead in getting the right product on time in multibrand stores. Our complete collection is well presented in a high standard shop in shop concept in several Galeria Inno department stores. Follow up from concept till every day stock management and staff is my responsability. Because of this, Zilton is ready for multibrand stores to reach hand in shop in shop cooperations.It is my daily concern to discover commercial and strategic opportunities for this mainly national distributed brand. Expansion abroad is searched for by participation at international trade shows and follow up of foreign sales agents.   ICONIC is a small fashion boutique in the pittoresque town of Lauwe that has been founded by grandmother Julia in 1938. The shop is now runned by my lovely wife Hannelore since 1997. The offer is women only, carrying mainly Belgian, French and Italian fashion labels. We bring a carefully selected range of fashionable items with professional and personal advise in styling.   From 2000 on, I've got the chance within the fantastic fashion distributor ARW to establish the at that time undeveloped brand Fred Perry in the Belgian market. Within few years, the brand was back on track and the division under my responsibility got company from Ben Sherman which gave me a huge understanding of British fashion. This period has certainly had a great impact on my view on fashion in general!Working with Britisch companies was awesome!
