Monitor and analyze all public policy and market news and events in Asia Pacific countries related to transportation fuels, biofuels, alternative fuels and vehicles and other transportation industry issues. Primary subject content includes fuel quality specifications; vehicle emission standards; biofuel production capacity and technology; market trends and policies for biofuels and alternative fuels; fiscal and trade policies for biofuels and alternative fuels; biofuel feedstock sources.Secondary subject content include vehicle fuel efficiency standards and policies; vehicle emission technology and inspection programs; fleet information; and infrastructure. Tertiary subject content include refining and refining technology; and, air quality and climate change issues.Report, update and maintain information for inclusion in Hart Energy Services. Include in submission information on Asian policies and mandates, regional and country activities and events , pertinent business and technology information, in the form of flash reports, what’s news, press releases, country reports, fuel specifications database, biofuels capacity database, studies and reports, industry events etc. Also, this information should be used to support development of IFQC, GBC and AFS productssuch as special reports, quarterly reports, briefing and webinar materials, presentations, consulting projects, special products and multi-client studies under the Hart Energy Research group.
