I worked with Yuvraj on different projects in different domains for more than 2 years. Yuvraj is technically very sound, having a great understanding of various tech stack ranging from Web, Mobile to Backend servers. He is a very good tech lead and he always made sure everyone’s contribution gets noticed by the client and everyone gets due credit for his/her work. It was a pleasure working alongside him, during this period I've learned a lot from Yuvraj.

I have worked with/ managed many offshore teams over the course of my career, but Yuvraj and his team at Synzerip completely blew me away. Yuvraj brought a myriad of talent to the table. He is a fantastic team lead, especially in integrating his team seamlessly with the Q1Media Austin team. Within a week of coming onboard, both the Pune and Austin teams were able to get into the same cadence within our Agile workflow with little to no disruptions. I have never had on-boarding go so smoothly with an offshore team. Yuvraj and his team were tasked with rewriting an internal application in Angular 4 and not only did they knock it out of the park, but Yuvraj found time to mentor junior members of OUR team with this new technology! His code in and of itself is a prime example of industry standard. I cannot say enough about the good Yuvraj has done for us. I would not hesitate to recommend him and, honestly, I hope to work with him again in the future.
