  I realized that the mental health department of the IDF is stuck in the 90s. While it has tried implementing new work methodologies it seemed to have missed one vital dimension - the digital world. I decided to do something about it, formed a team, and together we conducted thorough research and wrote a visionary paper describing our vision and strategy for making the IDF’s mental health department more accessible, smart and efficient. Our goal was to help soldiers receive mental health treatment faster and more efficiently by making the mental health department more accessible - through the digital world. We decided that the most efficient way to begin this process was by developing a smart bot that helps soldiers receive mental health treatment online. We came with our vision to the head of the mental health department and he gave us his blessing to make this change. During this journey I led a team of software developers and product managers, wrote and executed the work plan, worked with both senior and low ranking officers, executed a comprehensive process of defining the most painful problems, collected and analyzed requirements and wrote the product roadmap.
