Project 2 A Study of Information Asymmetry in Job Interview Opportunities  Hypothesis: The job applicants' university grades are divided into First-, Second- and Third-class Levels. Assuming that there was no obvious preference for employers in the job search process, job seekers who voluntarily disclose third class grades and those who choose not to disclose grades get the same number of job opportunities.  Test: Used Python to send mass emails via Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, including 1500 job search emails with 10 samples.  Result: Collected the admission results that displayed 40% of applicants who took the initiative to explain that their third-class degree were rejected, and 60% of applicants who did not disclose their grade information were offered job opportunities.
