•Make good use of restaurant management experience, planning annual operating and sales plan, staffeducation and training, annual event management, network marketing planning.•New store opened, taking up the management of the stores in two stores at a time, with a total of about 60 employees. Cultivate two deputy store managers to assist in store management.•Six months after the opening of the new store, the turnover successfully reached the company's target,and gradually grow every month. It was about 900,000 yen per month for the first three months of opening, with the 7th month breaking the monthly target of 1.8 million yen , and the store stabilized at about 2.8 million yen per month a year after opening.•The turnover of the original store grew gradually after six months, from 2.6 million yen per month to 3.3 to 4 million yen per month, about 120%-140%.
