Yu has been an absolutely wonderful person to work with. She has been integral to the successful management and coordination our Youth Empowering Youth programs and our team of over 100 volunteers. Yu is a people-person; she is welcoming, supportive, engaging, and takes the time to really listen to others to determine their needs and collect feedback. She is a driver of results, is highly organized, and exceeds all expectations. Yu has brought so much value to our team, from creating and updating program procedures and workflows, to training and coaching new team members.
