As construction project management consultant for MTA C&D at East End Gateway and LIRR Concourse Project delivered the 1st Phase - a dramatic entrance for Penn Station - during Covid-19 pandemic within schedule and under budget. Leading equipment commissioning (MEP & Vertical Transportation), system integration, and BIM coordination teams for MTA C&D. Inspecting, auditing and tracking electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural, communication, vertical transportation, fire alarm and civil works for compliance with contract documents. Assisting project controls with monthly pay requisition, entitlement, change order, and schedule reviews and project team with interagency coordination for several entities -MTA, LIRR, NYCT, AMTRAK. Coordinating with state code officials. Regularly reporting to the client on progress and issues. Review and coordinate project submittals and RFIs. Previously, as the project/program consultant to NYC EDC, Columbia University Irving Medical Center and NYU Langone worked on resiliency projects, build-out and renovation of highly specialized labs and offices, in & outpatient facilities, and IT infrastructure throughout NY State. Lead renovation projects from feasibility and lease negotiation through beneficial use. Managed and coordinated design process with end-users.
