Selected for an internationally recognized Fellowship (4% selection rate), of leading graduates and young professionals who commit two years to teach in under resourced schools and go on to become lifelong leaders in a diverse range of fields. o Devised and executed an effective classroom management system based on peer group investment which resulted in improved daily attendance (from 65% to 90%). o Implemented a unique in-class tracking system, which led to a 50 % growth in overall English scores within 6 months of teaching. o Designed and implemented a revised curriculum in liaison with the school administration which led to standardized teaching and testing across three campuses. o Organized career-oriented workshops and mentorship programs which led to greater exposure and access for the students. o Planned and executed a 6-month long community project aimed at students' cognitive and meta-cognitive skill development to improve academic and overall performance. o Co-organised the 2016 Academic Olympiad, an inter-school competition that brought together 14 schools, over 2000 students and 30 communities; and raised 2000 € as part of the core team. o Elected as cohort representative (2016-2018) to serve in the Alumni Representative Committee as liaison between TFP and alumni body
