  I am a last-year PhD student at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Poland. My scientific interests recently focus on organizational behavior, workplace relationship and related psychological factors. AsI am always the only person in projects responsible for the data analysis part, I am well experienced in handling large-scale and longitudinal data. Particularly, strong skills in several quantitative methodologies, including structural equation modeling (cross-sectional and longitudinal study), latent class/profile/transition analysis, multilevel model, meta analysis and meta-analytic SEM. Software expertise includes Mplus 8, Amos 22, PROCESS 3.5, SmartPLS 3.3, HLM6.08 and CMA 3 (comprehensive meta-analysis). Show less
