  I have an experience and knowledge of the debt indicators planning, the risk assessment, the domestic government securities market development, the budget policy development, the budget project indicators analysis, organization of the budget project preparation processes while working in the Public Debt and the State Budget Departments.My work was accompanied by an analysis of the existing problems in belonging to my duties areas, and finding ways to address them, sometimes with IFO and EU TWINNING Project support.Thus, with my direct involvement were prepared:- The Ukraine’s Domestic Government Securities Market Development Concept for 2009 – 2013 years;- The Regulation on managing the risks, associated with the provision of Government guarantees, and allocation of risks between the Government, lenders and borrowers;- The Chapter "Financing the Budget Deficit and Government (Local) Debt" of the Budget Code of Ukraine Draft (2010);- Development of the Medium-term Strategy for Public Debt Management and Control of its Implementation Procedure.These documents were approved by the appropriate Authorities.The Draft of Amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine, which establishes clear rules and cases for the Amendments to the State Budget of Ukraine, was developed with my direct participation also (at the autumn of 2015 it is on the consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers).Another my contribution are proposals to improve the specialized software AIS "Public Debt Management" and IAS "State Budget", implementation of which has reduced the time and human resources usage to perform certain tasks.I also was deeply involved in the realization of the World Bank's "Public Finance Modernization Project" in the part of the State Budget Preparation. I have got a good experience of successful and wrong decisions on this Project.Among other I take a part in the process of transition to the medium term budgeting in Ukraine at present.
