This was a good challenge to take. There was an engineering structure without leadership. I transformed to be effective in delivery. Also reconnected departments to cooperate well and fast. Engineering, HR, Recruiting started to work as one machine. Also this is really about keeping balance between business effectiveness and people management.Of cause customer relations, deliveries, team management is still there, very important and fun to do.
