At GYMI, I lead the marketing team in building and reviewing marketing strategy and plans. I direct client and team marketing operations and programs to ensure marketing process. Right now I am working on a one-month marketing campaign for the 1st GYMI Educational Creativity Conference, which includes multimedia advertising, a series of marketing event held in different colleges. Except for working for marketing department, I also lead a group of volunteers, delegate tasks prior to projects and monitor them on a weekly basis. This summer, I led a group of volunteers to a poor county in China. As a leader, I was in charge of coordinating with school representatives to guide them through various event details and served as their personal coordinator throughout the entire volunteering program. As a mentor, I commented on the students' personal diaries everyday. With full love of the students, I not only motivated and inspired students in their personality growth, also, I taught them yoga and dancing, all of which would be a great asset to their social emotional development.
