I have really found challenging opportunities to gain experience as Project Manager in Serbia for two different investment projects. I have always had an amazing collaboration with Serbian Engineers. Firstly, I have prepared a comprehensive learning path including production systems, process mining approaches and data related topics including exploratory analysis and identifying and smart targeted KPIs for them in order to be implemented the ideal processes. Then, I created a dashboard for them to follow KPIs regarding production, warehouse and finance. I taught them the relationship between process and KPIs in terms of process and data mining.
