      Real Links is a digital platform that helps companies to fill their job vacancies through referrals from their current employees. During the 2.5 weeks design sprint, I worked together with two other team members. We conducted user research to define the current UX challenges of the platform. We also looked deeply into user psychology, using tools including experience mapping and persona, to design an engaging gamification mechanism, such as team competition and time limitation, to encourage participation from employees.
