Lead, provide and innovate business requirements to the team which are gathered from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Malaysia Land Law (National Land Code 1956 and etc.) Lead and provide innovation for the supporting requirements of the project which consist of Business Intelligence System, Document Management System, Knowledge Base Management, Portal & Content Management, Reporting, Audit Trail, Geographical Information System (GIS), Application Security, Business Process Management, Asset Management System, Help desk Management System, User Access Management and etc. Strategies and defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the teams, including but not limited to the following: - Ticket tracking management which inline with Bidirectional Requirement Traceability Matrix (BDRTM) - Document structure of project deliverables for the teams (Software Requirement Specification, User Guide and Master Test Plan and supporting documents) - Sign-off strategy for Software Requirement Specification, Partial/User Acceptance Test - Requirement gathering workshops - Master Test Plan - Status reporting strategy to Project Management Office (PMO) and stakeholders.
