I take part in the development of a service for part-time people for retail companies. I developed such part as: • Clustering application users based on their behavior in the system (Python, SQL, K-means, PCA). • System of recommendations for orders for part-time work, solving the problem of a cold start (Python, Catboost, SQL, Airflow, Gitlab). • System for predicting the level of closing of orders for a new client both in new regions and in regions with an existing base of performers (Python, SQL, Dash, Linear Regression, Gitlab). • Web application for the analysis of the current base of clients and performers (Python, SQL, Dash, Docker, Gitlab). • Setting up and maintaining data processing pipelines using Airflow (Python, SQL, Airflow, Docker, Google Cloud, CI/CD, Gitlab). I participated in the development of an online service for one of the largest Russian retail chains, represented in 20+ cities. I developed such part as: • Subsystem for forecasting promotions (Python, Flask, Blob storages, Ridge regression, Github). • System for controlling queues in a store based on video analytics (Python, OpenCV, Tensorflow). • Configuration of cloud services (Microsoft Azure). It include solution deployment (CI/CD, Github) and configuring interservice communication. • Web application for forecast monitoring (Python, Flask, Dash, Microsoft Azure, Docker Compose, Nginx, Github). • Telegram bots for timely notification of critical situations, status of the service and status of data transfer (Python, Flask, Docker, Github). I took part in the development of: • Subsystem for demand forecasting with the subsequent formation of the order to the supplier (Python, Catboost, Flask, Microsoft Azure, Blob storages, Github). • Subsystem for monitoring empty grocery shelves based on video analytics (Python, OpenCV, Tensorflow).
