As Lead Cinematic Artist and Creative Producer I directed the team to create in-engine cinematic scenes and trailers for game projects from the briefing stage to the final product, while at the same time managed multiple projects, coordinating and planning the work of team members and outsourcing, developing and organizing production and technical pipelines.
