  Teaching English to junior high and high school students is the biggestjob for me. My teaching style is not to teach English as a subject, but to teach English as a communication tool. I prepare students to work on presentations using electronic devices such as I-pads. They learn to express what they want to say by words and also using many visuals. Three years ago, the school changed from a girl's school to co-educational. I was elected as a member of the project team for the school's innovation. I gave an idea of the new course that is specialized in English and made the curric ulum from the beginning. I was also elected as a chief of International education, and made a lot of a new exchange program for the students. Through the process of making the programs, contacting teachers from foreign countries is required. So I had many opportunities to email using English.
