Main tasks: Translating, interpreting, organizing events (exhibitions, concerts, conferences etc.), updating SNSs for the promotion of the country, organizing the schedules principally of the Chief of Mission and all the other diplomats of the Embassy, receiving guests, handling calls and email, writing letters, filing documents etc. in Japanese, French, and English, as the only secretary and the only Japanese since the establishment of the Embassy of the Republic of Togo in Japan.
