I had the pleasure of working with Yugandhara for over a year at Silver Lining Center. She was appointed as a Consultant Speech Therapist by me, and it was amazing to see and administer her work so closely. She has been an extremely dedicated and hard working employee, who would always have a smile on her face and a pleasant demeanour. She has managed some really challenging behaviours by the special needs children at our Center and has always tried to find novel ways to tackle them. Her energy is infectious, and her ability to carry out responsibilities is great. I wish her all the best for her future, and am certain that she will do extremely well for herself.

I worked with Yugi as a fellow job coach at Wayfinders and then as lead job coach where I would schedule Yugi to work with students at different work sites. Yugi was one of the coaches we could always count on to step up and give her best. Her documentation was always well written and the students along with coaches all liked working with her. Yugi was always able to establish a positive working relationship between the student and employees, which cultivated student independence and allowed Yugi to move onto students and other job sites that needed more attention. I would recommend Yugi to any position where teaching, creating relationships, and working as a team is required. Furthermore, Yugi would be a great asset to any organization and a contributing team member.
