I have been involved in this organization since 2008. For the first four years, I served as a volunteer before I was selected to be a Finance Coordinator for two periods consecutively (2012 - 2014, 2014 - 2016). From 2016 until 2017, I was the Board Member before the organization changed its structure. Now, I am serving as a volunteer and separated from friends in Jakarta. As an English lecturer, my duties are planning, preparing, and teaching English lessons weekly. Most of my students are civil servants in the local government of Bangka. Therefore, I teach them English speaking skills in the 1st term of English Class to support their performance in their workplace. In the 2nd term of English Class, I introduced them to TOEFL as it will be beneficial for them to continue their study to higher levels.

Apart from being an English lecturer, I was the head of the community service board (LPM) for six months at STISIPOL Pahlawan 12. LPM has three divisions; journal division, community service division, and public policy division. During my six-month tenure, I succeeded in launching the Open Journal System (OJS), initiated an opinion book written by students and lecturers, collaborated with the local government and stakeholders, provided training to lecturers, and conducted online webinars.

Besides, I once was a member of the material and module development team of English for Nurul Fikri throughout Indonesia.
