  Research and Analysis:- Conducted strict and objective qualitative and/or quantitative evaluation on the performance of cosmetic pigments, cosmetic functional fillers and end formulations (skincare and colour cosmetics); end formulations were evaluated in vitro and/or in vivo when relevant- Quantitative evaluations were performed via advanced technical instruments, such as the Texture Analyzer, coupled with various probes and fixtures; Skin Glossymeter GL 200; Haze-gard i (hazemeter); BYK mac i spectrophotometer; Visioscope - Data collected were characterised, critically and when necessary, statistically analysed, and visualised in appropriate figures- Key parameters analysed for pure pigments and functional fillers include, but not limited to: soft focus effect, haze, transparency, clarity- Devised a reproducible method for quantifying lipstick payoff using the Texture Analyzer along with a BIOSKIN test substrate, from which has confidently produced consistent, reliable and repeatable resultsFormulation Development:- Improved existing formulations and developed new formulations in the direction of latest cosmetic trends and consumer demands (e.g. vegan, natural, water-free, reducing microplastics, minimal ingredients etc.), simultaneously aiming to conform to COSMOS certification - All new formulations were habitually monitored in conditions necessary for stability testing
