This involved not only adapting to the latest technological advancements in China but also creating a comprehensive curriculum and refurbishing a newly built studio that was still in its infancy.

Beyond just brewing and serving coffee, I got to ESPRESSO my creative side by decorating the restaurant for festive seasons and promotional events. I also represented the company in several ad hoc events including the Singapore Coffee Festival, and participated in the McCafé Latte Art Championships in both 2014 and 2015. I gave my best SHOT and was crowned Champion in the McCafé Concoction Challenge both years. My winning creation, the Lavender Latte, was even launched in McCafé stores across Singapore in 2014.
