Building dark matter model with one extra-dimension with techniques in partial differential equations as well as numpy and scipy packages of Python. Modeled how measurements in high energy physics experiments are effected by detector uncertainties and particle misidentification with probability theory and Monte Carlo simulation. Created new features from high energy physics experiment measurements with Voronoi tessellation and geometry for mass measurement and used optimization method to infer particle masses. Visualized results with matplotlib package of Python. Utilized feature for decay process classification and compared feature importance with other known features using Monte Carlo simulation, deep learning and statistical inference. Represented the Theory Group of UT in the Machine Learning workshop held by Microsoft. Show less

Performed regression model on collider data to estimate physics quantities including particle masses and widths. Rejected the existence of the hypothesized particle Yb(10900) with statistic test hypothesis.
