  Responsible for the Mounting & Drive concept design, manage and work with suppliers to develop Powertrain Mounts, Drive Shafts, Propeller Shaft components. Choosing the Bolt/Nut type, setting the tightening torque. Design the MIP part with CATIA(using GD&T), approve the Drawings(2D & 3D) from the supplier, update the Drawings and BOM in PLM System. Check DPA problems, review ESIR Report(DV test), Benchmark analysis and cost down plan. Support the test Engineers to optimizing the vehicle performance (mainly NVH , R&H), Cooperating with other department such as Durability Test Part, Fuel & Drive Part, Thermal Manage Part, Chassis CAE Team, to ensure products properties of functionality/ strength/ durability/ heat-resistance/ crash performance.
